Following a week of new record price for both government land sales and a close to 90% sold out Pasir Ris 8 with record PSF of above $2000, developers in Singapore are riding the waves and prices are being adjusted in the following development.

Increase with immediate effect:

  • Ki Residences : 4%
  • Coastline: Around 2-3%
  • Florence around 1-2%
  • Normanton Park - 2% + $5,000 for 2 Bed, $5,000 for the rest
  • Penrose 2%
  • The Florence Residences (all unit types increased except for 5 bedder. developer holding full price list)
  • Midwood from today 6pm
