The Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language allows you to automate routine tasks in Excel. In this course, you will learn how to automate complex tasks and get more meaningful insights from data in Excel using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code. This course demonstrates how to work more efficiently in this powerful and popular spreadsheet program.
Learners will be able to develop simple software automation using Excel VBA programming.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to
- design simple Excel interface using VBA and Macro
- perform VBA programming methods and tools
- create user defined functions to meet design objectives
- manage Excel objects functionality and interoperability
- produce user defined forms and documentation

This course follows the guideline of Software Design ICT-DES-3005-1.1 TSC under ICT Skills Framework
Two e-certificates will be awarded to trainees who have demonstrated competency in the WSQ assessment and achieved at least 75% attendance.
- A SkillsFuture WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by WSG. Typically will take 3-4 weeks.
- Certification of Completion issued by Tertiary Infotech Pte Ltd issued after the class.
WSQ funding is only applicable to Singaporeans and PR. Subject to eligibility, the funding support is subjected to funding caps.
