Image and video processing is the process of transforming image and video data. It is used extensively to capture and preprocess image and video before feeding to a computer vision system. On the other hand, computer vision is a field involves the understanding of image and video content such as image recognition, object detection and segmentation.
OpenCV is a popular free cross-platform open-source library for image and video processing. It is used extensively in computer vision system for image and video processing. OpenCV is also designed for real-time applications.
